Legal Administrative Assistant (Environmental/Regulatory/Legislative)

Jackson Walker, the largest law firm in Texas, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) in our Austin office. This role provides high-level administrative support to attorneys within the Environmental/Regulatory/Legislative Practice Group (“ERL PG”) in Austin. The ERL Legal Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys within the Environmental, Regulatory, and Legislative Practice Group. This role supports regulatory and litigation-related matters through document preparation, e-filing support, docket monitoring, billing coordination, calendar management, and organization of legal records and correspondence. The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
